Every case is different in terms of circumstance and complexity. In all cases my policy is to provide top quality legal representation at an affordable rate.
After an initial free analysis of your situation, I will be able to provide a fixed fee quote for representing you through all pre-trial procedings related to your particlular charge. Since very few cases go to trial, this quote usually represents the full
cost of representation.
Representation of cases that do go to trial are charged at an hourly rate. Trial charges are paid for according to a schedule pre-arranged prior to the start of the trial. That schedule will also be provided to you at the time of the pre-trial quote.
You will always be given time to compare competitive representation before accepting or rejecting my quote.

Payment of the quoted fee for pre-trial representation is payable in full at the time representation begins. The office provides payment plans that can accommodate most budgets..
Payments in full or according to plan can be made by cash or check or by Visa or Master Card.
